The Playback Trust is committed to offering young people aged between 16 and 25 years volunteering and active citizenship opportunities. Playback volunteers assist our children and young people to participate fully in the events and activities. In this way the young people will have the opportunity to meet and socialise with their peer group.
The Playback Trust recognises the important role in which volunteers play in community life, and the enormous contribution they make to the quality of life of others. Playback considers that voluntary action forms a valuable element in citizenship and makes a positive contribution to the life of the volunteer.
Volunteers are an integral part of The Playback Trust and we ensure they are supported in their personal development through our training programme which expands their interpersonal skills, understanding and knowledge.
